- There's your problem.
- Under OS3.0, the sound.datatype does not support loading sample data into
- fast RAM. The sunau.datatype, sadly, doesn't do any version checking, and
- loads sample data into fast RAM, anyway. What the sound.datatype actually
- plays, then, is some section of innocent chip RAM, which usually comes out
- sounding like static.
- This is a very FAQ. Perhaps somebody should add it to a FAQ list.
